As one of the oldest economic and social research institutions in Indonesia, LPEM FEB UI also conducts various training programs in the fields of economics, social sciences, and public policy. Training in economics includes Macro Economics, Micro Economics for Industrial Organizations and Business Competition, Statistics, and Econometrics. These training programs are beneficial for both government and private sector stakeholders in understanding economic phenomena based on economic theory and concepts.
Training in the social sciences includes Social Analysis Techniques, Stakeholder Mapping, Communication Techniques, and Presentation Techniques. All of these will help participants develop skills to create persuasive presentations, express opinions and solutions in formulating resolutions to social issues.
Every economic and social challenge ultimately needs to be responded to in the form of public policy. In this context, the Public Policy Analysis Training is offered by LPEM FEB UI for the government and other stakeholders to be able to formulate participatory evidence-based policies. With this approach, the objectives and policy instruments are formulated through interactions between public authorities and relevant stakeholders.
