[PUBLIC SEMINAR] Sustainable Resilience Through Disaster and Climate Risk Financing in Indonesia
OECD, BNPB, and LPEM FEB UI organized The 2nd Asian Regional Expert Meeting on Development, Disasters, and Climate Challenges (Am-DC) is a multidisciplinary forum that focuses on disaster mitigation and climate challenges. Sustainable resilience is emphasized as a collaborative effort to address complex and systemic issues while aligning initiatives for strengthening climate and disaster resilience. The seminar will delve into the financial mechanisms and strategies necessary for immediate disaster relief and long-term resilience, addressing the challenges of setting appropriate insurance premiums, enhancing accessibility, supporting vulnerable communities, and improving financial literacy.
The seminar will be held on 16th January 2024 (08.30 am onwards), in Auditorium Magister Manajemen, Gedung Prof. Wahjudi Prakarsa, UI Salemba, Jalan Salemba Raya No. 4.
This is a free seminar. Seat is limited and registration is required. We provide e-certificate for participant attending all sessions.
