The training topic is designed to strengthen the capacity of planners, economists, and other policymakers involved in formulating national and regional development plans. The training is focused on ensuring that participants have a clear understanding of the approaches, processes, various stakeholders involved, critical stages, and steps in the development planning process. This training is highly beneficial for planners specifically and the government in general, both at the central and regional levels, to synchronize national and regional development planning.
Since 2003, LPEM FEB UI has been a partner of Bappenas in conducting Functional Position Training (JFP) training. Currently, LPEM FEB UI also assists Bappenas in organizing Technical Guidance (Bimtek) for JFP competency test preparation. In addition, LPEM FEB UI also organizes Substantive Training for Regional Development Planning and RPJMD, as well as other short-term training programs including Document Planning, Planning and Budgeting, Participatory Planning, and Monitoring and Evaluation.
