Indonesian Migrant Workers undoubtedly contribute to Indonesia’s socio-economic status. Not only from remittances, but also through the improvement of welfare, educational and health conditions of families, as well as cultural exchanges. Therefore, the placement of PMI requires strategic steps, especially by aligning with the needs of the destination country. Identifying capacity building is important to get an overview of these needs.
